Nyein Chan Win, a member of the Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP), was shot dead in Mandalay on the night of January 27 by locals, according to locals.
The deceased was from Sagaing Township. Nyein Chan Win, a resident of E Myawaddy Ward, was shot while leaving his motorcycle after an argument with his wife.
“A USDA village sign has been erected at his house. He is the husband of Sai Myanmar Princess Nai Myanmar Hnin Pwint Phyu, ”said a local.
The victim’s mother-in-law was also a member of the USDP, and the woman was pregnant at the time of her death, according to locals.
